MyTradingPet ("us", "we", or "our") operates the MyTradingPet.com website (the "Service").

To use our website located at https://www.mytradingpet.com (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use"). 
If you don't agree with any of these terms, you shall stop using the service immediately.

1. Changes to the terms of use
The Terms of Use may be changed at any time. 
As soon as you continue to use our services, you are signifying your acceptance of these changes. 
Only registered users will be notified with such changes through in site announcements.

2. Redistribution of data
Without formal permission in writing from us, commercial usage of any of our services or data is prohibited. 
We do not provide any Application Programming Interface (API) for third party or public use. Hence we will not be responsible or hold liable for any consequences from such implementations.
We grant all users to use snapshots of charts and analysis provided by MyTradingPet.com. However, a clear indication of the source i.e. MyTradingPet.com must be included with such snapshots.

3. Contents
MyTradingPet cannot guarantee that any information provided by our site is accurate, reliable, complete, up to date or suitable for your use. 
You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss or claim you may have as a result of consuming our contents.
Historical trading signal performance statistics provided by us is for reference only. We will make known our methodology in assessing performance. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of such performance statistics due to various factors including but not limit to system bugs, incomplete data, etc.
Moreover, past results are by no means a guarantee of future performance.

4. Availability of service
Our service is only available in active market hours from 9PM GMT Sunday to 9PM Friday. Outside of these hours, our website is still available, however, with no content updates. We may also make use of this window for system maintenance.
It is always in our utmost interests to keep our service up and running all the time. However, service outages can happen from time to time. You agree that you will not hold us liable as a result of such outages with any cause including, but not limit to, hardware or software failure, hacking activities such as DOS attack, and unavailability of service from any 3rd party.

5. Investment decisions and trading
Investment activities in financial market such as day trading is of high risks. Substantial amount of capital can be lost through such activities. 
Before making a trade decision, you need to do your own research and have a clear understanding of the risks involved.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for loss or damage in any form you or anyone else incurs as a result of making any trade decisions based on data, charts, analysis, trading signals or any other contents provided by us.

6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MyTradingPet.com and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through our services, your use of our services, your connection to our services, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.

7. Your Use of the Site
You agree that you will not, through any means, cause unreasonable heavy load on the website and its infrastructures. Any such action may lead to a ban of your account without notice.

8. Donations
We appreciate your support through any forms of donations. All donations will be channeled to cover our operating and development costs. You agree that such donations made will not be refundable.
